We are recruiting for a new Cafe Manager for Cafe No5.
We are looking for a dedicated, motivated person. The role of the Manager is to ensure we provide a welcoming environment for all who come through the door, support our service users in their learning to develop their skills and knowledge, provide high quality service to all customers, manage the Café staff team, and ensure we fully comply with all regulations relating to Health and Safety and Environmental Health.
Candidates ideally would have experience working with adults with additional learning needs and in a catering setting.

Opportunities for adults with additional learning needs
Café No: 5 Manager
32.5 Hours per week (Monday to Friday) - £20,900pa.
ValePlus is recruiting a new Manager for our Café in Barry High Street, which is a Café with a difference, combining being open to the public and a being a training venue for adults with additional learning needs.
The role of the Manager is to ensure we provide a welcoming environment for all who come through the door, support our service users in their learning to develop their skills and knowledge, provide high quality service to all customers, manage the Café staff team, and ensure we fully comply with all regulations relating to Health and Safety and Environmental Health.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working with adults with additional learning needs and of working in a catering setting. The role requires an individual who can lead and work well within a team, has knowledge and commitment to delivering lifelong learning, as well as developing and enacting ideas which improve service provision. The role will require an Enhanced DBS.
